A FAR SAFER AND MORE EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE TO QUATERNARY AMMONIUM/CRESOL/TAR-BASED/CHLORINE PRODUCTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF DISINFECTION AND DECONTAMINATION.

EXTI-SAN is a disinfectant and sanitiser that, when diluted with water, rapidly converts to hydrogen peroxide and subsequently rapidly biodegrades into oxygen. 

We specifically engineered this product to replace some of the "old school" products still in use outdoors today. EXTI-SAN is the most versatile product you'll ever use! 

Use EXTI-SAN for:

• Animal enclosures (safe to use with animals in-situ)
• Surgical equipment
• Foot baths
• Refuse areas and wheelie bins
• AstroTurf
• Paving
• In your dishwasher, washing machine and other water-operated appliances
• Stain removal on clothing, animal bedding
• Countertops, all surfaces
• To counter odours in carpets etc.
• Contact time: 10 minutes
• SANS 51276 (EN 1276) tested - Bureau Veritas
• Dilution ratios: 1:100 for general use; 1:50 for persistent odours/high level pathogens - 1 x 5L will make up 500L of dilution for general use

The power of hydrogen peroxide : when used as directed, EXTI-SAN works in the presence of organic material, and will not bleach, stain or otherwise damage surfaces, textiles or plants, and is perfectly safe for animals to walk on immediately after application. EXTI-SAN will not pit concrete with prolonged use.
